Julie Phillips-Turner

Julie Phillips-Turner has over a decade of experience with marketing and communications offering an array of services including public relations, issue awareness campaigns, strategic planning, event planning and promotions, creative management, newsletter and magazine publishing, and web site management, with specialization in association, non profit and health care industries.

Prior to establishing Phillips Turner Communications, Julie worked with The American Association for Homecare as Director of Communications and the Voluntary Protection Programs Participants’ Association as Communications Manager, and e-mail marketing agency Fishbowl.com as Design Director.

Julie also serves on the board of the Joint Action in Community Service (JACS), a nationally recognized non-profit organization which provides professional programs, counseling and mentoring for young adults.
